Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Appvenue Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Appvenue", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our mobile applications, including Petlingo (published as "Dog & Cat Translator: Talk Now" on Google Play and as "Petlingo" on the App Store), together referred to as the "Apps".

We keep this short and specific. If something is not listed here, we do not collect it.

The Short Version

• We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number through the Apps.
• Audio you record never leaves your device. It is saved to the app's private cache on your phone and played back locally. There is no upload, no server processing and no storage by us.
• We use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising and subscription management. These services receive device and usage information as described below.

Information We and Our Providers Process

Audio recordings: The Apps let you record your pet's sounds (or your own) as part of an entertainment feature. Recording only happens after you grant microphone permission and actively start a recording. The audio file is written to the application's cache directory on your device and is used solely to play the sound back to you inside the App. We do not transmit, receive, analyse on our servers, or retain these recordings. You can delete them at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.

Device and usage information: Our third-party providers collect technical information needed to operate, secure, measure and monetise the Apps. Depending on the provider and your settings, this may include:

• Device identifiers, including the Google Advertising ID, Android ID and App Set ID (Android) or the Identifier for Advertisers (iOS);
• Device model, operating system version, language, region and approximate location derived from IP address;
• In-app events such as screens opened, features used and purchases made;
• Crash reports and diagnostic logs;
• A push notification token, if you allow notifications.

Purchases and subscriptions: Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of the subscription status associated with your store account so the App can unlock premium features and restore purchases.

Information stored only on your device: The Apps store local preferences on your phone, such as whether onboarding was completed, feature usage counters, your selected pet type, and your premium status. This data stays on the device and is removed when you uninstall the App.
