Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications provided by Appvenue Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Appvenue", "we", "us"), including Petlingo and any related services (collectively, the "Apps").

By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps.

1. Entertainment Use Only

The translation, sound simulation, and pet communication features in our Apps are designed strictly for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee accurate communication or behavioural modification of any animal. You remain solely responsible for any interactions with animals.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Billing: Premium features and subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective terms.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's account settings (Apple ID or Google Account). Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, interfaces, graphics, and underlying code in the Apps belong to Appvenue Teknoloji Limited Şirketi. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Apps, nor use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international regulations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appvenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Apps.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page.
