Heartprint terms of use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Heartprint, provided by Appvenue Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. ("Appvenue", "we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. For fun only

Heartprint turns a chat file you choose into playful statistics and recap cards. The results, including any "score", are estimates made for entertainment. They are not advice and say nothing certain about a person or a relationship. Please do not make important decisions based on them.

2. Your chats

• You choose the chat file yourself. Only import chats you are a part of, and respect the other people in them.
• The chat is read and analysed on your phone. See the privacy policy.
• You are responsible for what you share from the app, such as recap images.

3. Independent app

Heartprint is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to WhatsApp or Meta Platforms.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

• Billing: Premium is sold through Google Play under its terms. Prices and plans are shown in Google Play at the time of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancel or manage: in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions, at any time.
• Refunds: requests go to Google Play.

5. Ads

The free version shows ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, ads and ad measurement start only after your consent. You can change your choice later in Settings.

6. Our rights

The software, design, text and graphics of Heartprint belong to Appvenue. You get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or extract source code from the app, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Appvenue is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using or not being able to use the app. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app if the change is meaningful.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
